At B-Pac, we ensure that your order arrives at you smoothly and reliably.

We deliver as much as possible ourselves, so that we can guarantee personal service and safe delivery. When that is not possible, we work with GLS or another trusted transport partner.

The shipping costs depend on the weight, volume, and nature of the order.

In most cases, we deliver free of charge for orders starting at €350 (excluding VAT), but for exceptionally large or heavy orders, shipping costs may be charged.

Our sales team reviews the best and most cost-effective shipping conditions for each order individually.

That way, you are always assured of a correct price and efficient delivery.

The exact shipping costs are always clearly stated in the webshop, via email, or by phone when confirming your order.

Pickup in Grobbendonk

You can also easily pick up your order at the B-Pac counter:

When picking up, you can pay using the QR code on your invoice (there is no Bancontact terminal available).

As soon as your order is ready, we will notify you so you can pick it up easily.

Our staff is happy to assist you with loading and is ready to answer your questions.
